The sigletos.gr is not liable for delays in performance (including delivery) due to circumstances that cannot be attributed to its fault sigletos.gr. Indicative examples may be strikes, supplier/transportation/production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, government or legislative acts and natural disasters.

The shipping cost is what is listed on the relevant page, and concerns the minimum shipping cost per weight and shipping method.

In the event that the product you purchased is defective, during the first 14 calendar days you have the right to return it. In all cases in which there was a problem / real defect in the product (function or quality) which is covered by the product warranty, the sigletos.gr is only an intermediary between the customer and the manufacturer or representative. Therefore, the return/replacement of the order is accepted only when the representative or manufacturer assesses that the products are indeed defective. The sigletos.gr is not obliged to accept the return or replacement of products that do not fall under this provision, products covered by third-party guarantees such as by the manufacturer of the product or its representative when the latter does not accept the return in turn.
In the event that the customer requests the change or replacement of the products they selected during their purchase and the transaction wishes to be made remotely, then they will be charged the shipping cost. This cost is independent of the shipping charging policy when purchasing these products.

The maximum return/replacement period will not be accepted after 14 calendar days from the date of receipt by the customer. Furthermore, the product to be replaced must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or sales invoice.

If they are not returned within 14 calendar days then the sigletos.gr may not accept any return or replacement. Products that have a warranty from their representative or manufacturer are excluded, in which case the sigletos.gr has a mediator role and must execute the decision of the guarantee provider.

Exceptions are orders that include additional work that is done exclusively for you and excludes the possibility of selling the products to someone else. Indicatively, the categories that are not allowed to be replaced are special nominal orders and constructions according to specific specifications. In these cases, the company will repair the damage and re-deliver the product to the customer only if there is a manufacturing error.

Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without any damage or damaged packaging, along with the sales receipt or invoice. Their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product (the IMEI must agree) and must be in excellent condition, along with all the documents that accompanied the product. Before any return, it is recommended to consult with the store.
Upon receipt of your order, you are required to check the condition of the products and the integrity of the packaging. If damage to the packaging and any defects resulting from transportation are found, please refuse receipt at that time.
To avoid any inconvenience to you, it is advisable to carefully check the condition of the products sold and the integrity of their packaging at the time of delivery of your order, in order to detect any obvious defects.

In order to return the products you purchased from sigletos.gr for any reason, you must notify us in writing. Upon agreement, the product will be returned accompanied by the completed return form and the relevant purchase documents and always within the above 14-day period, indicating the date/purchase document number as well as the reason for the return.

In the event of a return of the products and depending on the method you chose to pay for your order and the method of return, your refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products. The refund may be made by crediting your account that you will notify us of.
